4.7 O's yesterday and 3 loads of washing done during peak time to use my leccy up :-)
Great news....I got confirmation of my FITs application from EDF! They requested an opening meter reading.
Anyone on EDF remember how long it took from this point to being signed up properly?Mortgage Free 22/03/17

Our timeline over 2 years ago was as follows (note the number of letters may have increased or decreased since then):
21/10/11: Date of application
28/10/11: Application received by EDF
4/11/11 : "Thank you for choosing EDF as FiT licensee, we'll check application now..."
16/11/11: "FiT Application has been approved"
5/2/12: Received contract
10/2/12: Sent off signed contract and reading submitted
16/2/12: "Thank you for returning FiT contract"
27/2/12: First payment received
Nowadays the time from reading submission to payment into bank account is usually 5 working days or less.Cider Country Solar PV generator: 3.7kWp Enfinity system on unshaded SE (-36deg azimuth) & 45deg roof0 -

In fairness, it took you 5 days from receipt to send the contract back.....:rotfl:
