14.9kWh for me, another good day in my books. I've got to be hitting 20 for my first Hawaii.

A long weekend down in Devon, very nice ta!
Yesterday was our best day yet, 19.14kWh = 4.78 O's - nearly there!

Nice surprise when we got home, could see all the panels in all their glory - yay, the scaffoldings gone!
Not sure when they took it down, but can see all the lovely bird poo on the panels :(
Jet wash coming out later, just hope the happy neighbour doesn't shout too much!

Sparky coming back today to fit the SolarImmersion mk3 I got last week - obviously not one he's seen before! Still, got it for a bargain price so looking forward to using it properly!

Monitoring - I like shiny stuff and I want more than the wattson display?
I also want to ditch the manual uploading from my geo solo pv.
Has anyone got the Geo chorus pv? Any comments on it?
Or the OpenEnergyMonitor? I've got 2 Pi's sitting around so it's only the emonTx and clamps I need, so would be a cheaper option?

I bow to the greater wisdom that is mse ;)

I'm at 90% PVGIS for the month to date. I was at 57% at one point so it's a remarkable comeback. Hopefully weather over the next few days can get me back close to 100% (today certainly looks to be good!)

I'm still in that period where it's new so it's all qite exciting!

Just checked mine and it's 94.5% (climate), which is effectively 100+ because it's based on a daily average for the whole month and average output increases as the month progresses.
2kWp Solar PV - 10*200W Kioto, SMA Sunny Boy 2000HF, SSE facing, some shading in winter, 37° pitch, installed Jun-2011, inverter replaced Sep-2017 AND Feb-2022.

Good point, so, hopefully I should get generally more good days in the latter half of the month. I expect I'll be at 94% or 95% after today anyway.

Not sure of the relevance of matching output to PVGIS on an arbitrary month basis? - surely it's more relevant on an annual basis

Is that an arbitrary annual basis?

They give monthly figures, so that's what I use. It's just an interesting way to keep track.

    Indeed, they are both arbitrary.

I'm trying to think of a more useful measure - perhaps yield or comparison with other local PV systems.

One might consider registering with a performance database that Sheffield Uni are running
    (http://www.microgen-database.org.uk/home) .

You have to upload your monthly readings but you get lots of info on how your system is performing (they take account of local insolation levels) and you can compare with others in your area which is a good way of checking if you are getting any gradual performance deterioration.
