Renewables: "talking 'bout my generation"

A fairly decent 1.61 O's to end the month at 122% of PVGIS. The very sunny first week of Jan providing about 1/3 of the month's output, but was also responsible for about 1/3 of the heating requirements.
6.4kWp (16 * 400Wp REC Alpha) facing ESE + 5kW Huawei inverter + 10kWh Huawei battery. Buckinghamshire.6 -
January results.
Month looks bad on paper with 64% of target. Big spread, with 61% for the ESE/SSW* and 83% for the WNW. But the WNW figure isn't impacted by battery charging losses, and will be a truer representation of the months 'real' generation. Year end projection ~99% of target.
[*2.1kWp SSW ground mount is steep pitched for winter, and sits between a large tree to the SE and the house to the SW, so will incurr some shading throughout Apr-Sep. The rest of the PV is roof mounted, ESE & WNW, and receives shome shading, but all PV is Solaredge to minimise shading losses.]
Generated 128kWh (14.67 O's).
Imported 1244kWh. [All cheap rate apart from 20kWh]
Exported 16kWh.
Total consumption 1,356kWh. Our highest ever, now that DHW and cooking are all electric.
Estimated leccy bill for the next year, at current rates, is ~£600. Estimated export income, at current rates, is ~£550 to £600. Nice.
Mart. Cardiff. 8.72 kWp PV systems (2.12 SSW 4.6 ESE & 2.0 WNW). 28kWh battery storage. Two A2A units for cleaner heating. Two BEV's for cleaner driving.
For general PV advice please see the PV FAQ thread on the Green & Ethical Board.6 -
