Remember folks, you read it here first : "regardless of what forecasters claim to predict, the rest of April will be 'Sunshine & showers' as indeed will the first few days in May".
We didn't actually have any daytime showers yesterday or today although there was a little overnight rain.
Yesterday was predicted to be pretty cloudy most of the day but we did rather better than expected with 22 kWh. Today was predicted to be far better than yesterday - but we only managed 15.8 (+whatever we get in the next half hour but @30W I'm not getting excited).
The month of April was a belter ! 450.3 kWh. 27% better than 'old' pvgis forecast or 18% better than the new version and 32% better than April 2012.
That's £218.21 worth of payments or E=8.1
During April, we've bought a total of 240 kWh ( 129 units @day rate, 111 @nightrate) : total cost £20.19 (excl standing charge or vat. Alas, rate will inc @end of this month by approx 10%).NE Derbyshire.4kWp S Facing 17.5deg slope (dormer roof).24kWh of Pylontech batteries with Lux controller BEV : Hyundai Ioniq50 -
Another fairly good day yesterday, 10.04 kWh (5.02 O), from the forecast I'm hopeful of a new all-time record today.
April total 206.86 kWh (103.43 O), 10.6% above PVGIS classic but 5.1% below SAF PVGIS. 6.9% above last April. Total since Jan 1st = 915kWh
This month has brought PVGIS for the year so far, back on track:rotfl:

Not checked my daily generations for the 2 systems for a couple of days. Can say though that my ESE managed 215kWh and my SSW managed 207kWh, so 422 for the month of April.
Either we've had sunnier mornings or my fears of shading on my SSW are starting to show through. Still can't complain too much I suppose.
As a footnote I've also "bought" 300kWh from the grid in the past month. Got to say i'm happy with that.
