3.6 kWp inverter North side of Thames estuary facing SE on 30 degree roof.

    kWh
    0.79 07/01 Monday
    4.60 08/01 Tuesday
    2.69 09/01 Wednesday
    1.38 10/01 Thursday
    1.67 11/01 Friday
    1.80 12/01 Saturday
    2.66 13/01 Sunday

It has been overcast all week.

Once upon a time I did some months' work in Geneva Switzerland at this time of year. I expect most of you think Switzerland and an image of skiers cavorting on a sun lit terrace come to mind.
The reality in the valleys was day after day of fog and low cloud, blocking the view of everything more half a mile away. The air was dank and the temperature hovered just above freezing in the day time.

The whole population settled into a mutual depression. You could sense it on the public transport.

Then one morning an overnight breeze blew away the polluted dankness and the sun rose. The city felt like a jewel encircled by glittering diamond peaks. Complete strangers would smile and point out Mont Blanc etc.

    Dream on.

    Not snowing here yet!
  • Sat was a another moist 1.1kWh, but playing footy in a mudbath was fun :rotfl:

Sunday we banked a fantastic 9.9kWh which has helped pull up average generation this month to 3.4kWh/day, marginally below the PGVIS Classic estimate of 3.48kWh/day.

Today looks like a rubbish generation day but the forecast for the following 3 looks better before it gets worse again. No snow down our way just yet.
