Interesting point. Those off us on (the only?) zero standing charge tariff paying 4.95p per kWh are in a different situation!

I'm sure you understand it, but for the benefit of others reading my annual bill at the above rates is less than the annual standing charge most of you are paying. [I note Cardew of this board has found one getting towards it..]

I thought I was on a great rate! Standing charge of 7.287p (£26.60 per annum) with 3.1395p per kWh

Just winding my present supply contractor(First Utility) deal down.

Found one with my local council (big community switch)

2.331p per kWh gas and 10.46p per kWh electricity.

S/C 14.79p per day for each.

11500kWh gas and 2250kWh electricity usage will cost £622.00 p.a.:T

Currently with EoN:- Gas: 2.859p kWh; S/C 21.903p per day.
Lecci: 9.450p kWh; S/C 16.422p per day. £30 discount per year + Tesco Points..Ends September '16.:D
