Definition of 'O's = kWh/kWp (kWh = your daily & accurate Generation figure) (kWp = the rated output of your PV Panels).0 -

Right then, I think I can claim the wooden spoon today, sun came to late for anything but a consolational 1.85 ho's.4kWp, SSE, SolarEdge P300 optimisers & SE3500 Inverter, in occasionally sunny Corby, Northants.
Now with added Sunsynk 5kw hybrid ecco inverter & 15kWh Fogstar batteries. Oh Octopus Energy too.0 -

I often think the same then get scuppered by cloud rolling in off the Bristol Channel, so not saying a word!
Have to try and finish cutting the lawn today though after yesterday's disastrous attempt. Couldn't start the petrol mower, no matter what I did, new fuel, cleaned plug, drill on flywheel - nothing. I've got a feeling i'm going to find mice have eaten the wiring when I unbolt all the covers
Broke out the Bosch electric mower which has been unused for about 5 years - bit of oil on the end of the cylinder blade got the thing turning again, then proceeded to cut. All was well until I bent down to empty the grass box and put my back out! I haven't walked straight since. :mad:0 -
Do you have a sprawling mansion?Couldn't start the petrol mower, no matter what I did
Hmm, obviously not, but why would you use petrol when you have an abundance of free energy for the leccy mowerBroke out the Bosch electric mower which has been unused for about 5 years
Only cost me wear and tear for yesterdays mowing
2 kWp SEbE , 2kWp SSW & 2.5kWp NWbW.....in sunny North Derbyshire17.7kWh Givenergy battery added(for the power hungry kids)0 -
No Mansion, just a humble 2 bed bungalow
It was my Grandad's - a Suffolk Colt and it's 47 years old, so was continuing the tradition. I used to help cut the lawns at his house (which was a sprawling mansion :rotfl:) and when he passed I took the mower and have kept it running - until this year.
I've just been out and checked the lawn, too wet following this mornings dew, but give it an hour - and I will also be getting an entirely solar powered cut
