Renewables: "talking 'bout my generation"

Thats good to know - I look forward to an interesting April
Total generated yesterday was 25kWh which is my best since installation.
Today is a lot more varied to say the least - but I spotted a 4,457 peak earlier. The high peaks are always at midday of course.
Which reminds me, might need to chase up Good Energy as haven't received anything form them yet.
I see from your profile that we're not too far apart - we're in Chew Valley. Yesterday just eclipsed our previous record (despite the showers) and we notched up 22.4kWh. Have my doubts today will beat that as we've more clouds blowing through, but can't sniff at 17.3kWh already.
Our highest peak I've spotted to date is 3.82kW from our 3.68kW-rated inverter and 3.7kWp panel array.Cider Country Solar PV generator: 3.7kWp Enfinity system on unshaded SE (-36deg azimuth) & 45deg roof0 -

LOL oh gosh that did make me laugh Mart! OK I should of said I look forward to the continuation of a very interesting April
Haven't checked the generation meter yet but inverter is showing 23.6kWh total for today which is a another surprise considering how much cloud and rain we've had today!16 x Sanyo HIT 240w panels, 3.84kWp, south facing, 30 degree slope in the SW, 4.4 Eltek HE-t inverter installed 27/03/120 -

Nice figures for yesterday! We're just under for today but considering now much more rain we've had is quite surprising. We're lucky to be in such a great location for PV16 x Sanyo HIT 240w panels, 3.84kWp, south facing, 30 degree slope in the SW, 4.4 Eltek HE-t inverter installed 27/03/120 -

A bright morning was perfect for our SE panels but lunchtime clouds put a bit of dampener on the day and we 'only' made 19.4kWh. Another day like that tomorrow and we'll be back on track to make PVGIS+25%. We do seem to have a very good position for PV round these parts :cool:Cider Country Solar PV generator: 3.7kWp Enfinity system on unshaded SE (-36deg azimuth) & 45deg roof0 -

As long as you know it's all tongue-in-cheek humour, born entirely out of petty bitter jealousy!
Keep the numbers coming, I'm living vicariously through others generation.
M.Mart. Cardiff. 8.72 kWp PV systems (2.12 SSW 4.6 ESE & 2.0 WNW). 20kWh battery storage. Two A2A units for cleaner heating. Two BEV's for cleaner driving.

I've only just generated my first kWh of the day. I wonder if I'll actually exceed 500W when my peak arrives?

The cloud thinned slightly during the afternoon, giving me 3.87kWh in total and a peak of around 1250W.0 -
Well it's not often I get to say this, but it's doing ok in Cardiff. Only getting 700W at this moment, and a very patchy day, but it sat for around an hour between 3.4kW and 3.6kW (90to100%!) around noon. So about to hit 10kWh any minute. Not bad for a day I thought was going to be a washout.
Agree with Seagull, first wet (normal) April since 08, maybe we will get a summer this year.

OK to keep everyone happy and either jealous and envious or just petty jealous I hit a surprising peak today of 4,461 at noon! It hasn't been anywhere near that recently. Daily total is only 10kWh today. The highest daily total I've had is 24kWh on 10th April, though have had a few days with 23kWh.
Perhaps today's peak a sign that the good days are coming
I've decided to log just the inverter results on my app so that when I do get my quarterly cheque it will be a nice surprise and a bit more than I expected. If Good Energy ever get round to processing my application that is.....16 x Sanyo HIT 240w panels, 3.84kWp, south facing, 30 degree slope in the SW, 4.4 Eltek HE-t inverter installed 27/03/120 -

Frankly I don't care whether it's cold as long as it's sunny2kWp Solar PV - 10*200W Kioto, SMA Sunny Boy 2000HF, SSE facing, some shading in winter, 37° pitch, installed Jun-2011, inverter replaced Sep-2017 AND Feb-2022.0
