I ordered a TV from this company on friday 30th March, WEB site seemed ok. I was contacted today and told that it would be 10 working days until my tv could be deleivered and they needed my CCS code. I thought this was a bit suspicious and have cancelled my order, HAS any one ever received a TV from them?0

CCS code???"You were only supposed to blow the bl**dy doors off!!"0

Yes the Credit Card security code at the back of the Card. They said they needed it to make sure the order went through. It should be no use to them as all the credit card details except the last 4 digits should be deleted immediately after input if the site is secure0

Not the sign of a professional setup.
Actually the submission is over HTTPS to the payment handling company (Volusion) - there is no reason/benefit to have the details entry page 'secure' (believe it or not), but most places will in order to reassure customers!

However, the fact that nobody seem to to have ever seen a TV from them isn't exactly reassuring.0 -
I also wonder if they have permission from James Cameron and Paramount to use Avatar and Star Trek imagery!:beer:In My 'Permanant' Pre-Masters Gap Year

Worth noting that the word 'Mansion' has been photoshopped onto the TVs they are advertising.
They are probably reselling unbranded TVs from the far east. They are probably LG on the inside, and probably work ok.
That being said, I wouldn't buy from their either as a non-established brand with no shop to return your item to should things go dodgy.Legal team on standby0 -

I've done a bit of research regarding the MANSION brand the only review/unboxing or even images i could find was this unboxing video (terrible unboxing video) youtube.com/watch?v=T1T_A0U5ll00

I recently paid for a TV from Mansion and have now been waiting over a month for delivery of it. They have given me 3 different tracking numbers, none of which relate to Parcel Force. I have phoned the company up endless amount of times, spoken to the manager Carl, Stephen and David who apparently work there and at this point, they are not even talking to me about my order. Phoning Durham Police to notify them of fraud. It is a sham company, keep away, nothing but problems.0
