Good start to the year, as said am focussing on clearing expensive direct debits and CCs before rejoining the overpayment escalator :rotfl:
Anyway paid off Sainsbury’s loan today (9 months early) so direct debit of £70 per month now gone. Mobile contract changed to Tesco at £7.50 per month. (£10 per month saving) Gym membership and benefits readjusted down so a massive £130 a month saving.
CC debt around £1600 now so made good progress. A £1000 OP was made last month.
Dual tariff fuel taken out for 1 year fixcourtesy of MSE top pick, should save £360 per year.
Few more bits and bobs to do next month!0 -
Well set up a duel fuel saving today, so that should see some monthly savings. Not much disposable income left after every month but I’ve reduced some big monthly direct debits. Will be eating out of the freezer this month to save some pennies.looking to drop sub 50k next month on remaining mortgage. Would be nice to make a small overpayment soon.0
