  • I have to be honest lads i have placed 4 orders with theses in the last 6 weeks and all 3 orders arrived within 3 days and one was a week due to stock so cant complain really. they are normally pretty quick to reply to any emails.
  • I am in the same boat with this company.

I ordered a MIFI dongle back on 10th June, nothing arrived. Received an email on 4th Jul, stating the item had been lost by there courier, and did I want a refund. I asked for a refund and I am still waiting, despite being promised a check would be in the post weeks ago.

I have lost count of the emails I have sent to try and get my money back.

Any help to resolve will be greatly recieved.
  • Surprise Surprise, guess what... received 2 further emails from CMF cables.
One advising that my order status has now changed to "Refunded", then other stating a check for the full amount will be in the post.

So I wait to see if this actually happens..!!

  • then other stating a check for the full amount will be in the post.

How did you originally pay for the goods in question?
If it was by sending a cheque then being refunded the same way is fair enough, but if you paid via a debit or credit card then you should be refunded the same way.

If they do send a cheque, it might take a few days for their accounts dept to process the refund, then another couple of days for it to be delivered, then you have to get it to the bank and wait 6 full working days before you can be sure that it won't bounce.
  • Further update:
I still haven't received my promised refund cheque, so have sent yet another chasing email.

Despite more promises that a cheque was in the post, nothing has arrived. I am getting to the end of my tether with this company.

I am not sure what else I can do?
