This is just a warning about this company. I ordered and paid for a PC Monitor from them 10 days ago. Their terms and conditions stated that all orders would be posted within two days, three maximum and if they were not sent within two days an email would be sent offering either a refund or an expected delivery date. After four days I contacted them as I had not received any notifications. Two days later I received a reply to say the monitor was on it's way. As the monitor had still not arrived 4 days later I contacted them again to ask what was happening. Up until this moment in time (2 days ago), I have not received any reply. Please avoid this company at all costs. I will be contacting the department of fair trading and will keep all interested in my progress.

You don't think that's a slight overreaction after only 10 days? Maybe it's been delayed in the post.

I think the lack of response from said company speaks volumes. I only wish that they had responded as quickly as you have! Time will tell..

The website was registered by CMF Computers Ltd which has its own website. One Web of Trust user had a bad customer experience with them.

CMF Cable's website doesn't have a phone number on it which doesn't fill me with confidence. However I've managed to find it elsewhere. I suggest you give Mr Fox,the owner, a call.

Well folks, monitor arrived today. Posted through next day delivery, so only sent after receiving my call yesterday, and NOT as I suspected delayed in the post. So, I would still advise anyone to avoid this company, as the last thing you want is to be chasing someone up for goods you have paid for in good faith. By the way, still no reply to my email from four days ago. Enough said...
By the way, big thanks to coopdivi for pointing me in the right direction.

Its not on that page anymore, even after registering.

I found a number on the net, but its out of service. It was connected to a different trading address but the same phone number appears on my cc bill.

The new address on the website is for a storage solutions building, so it appears they dont have an office. I phoned the storage building and they have no record of CMF at all. So they have no contract there and are using it as a front or they have rented it in another name.

Im 12 days since ordering and although it's only £20, which I can probably reclaim from the CC, Im annoyed because the product is difficult to get hold of elsewhere.

I bought something last night from them, i wish i had seen these notes before i bought.
Computers or Cables operate from Store First Storage which is the same address named on web site as registered address for cables, i called Store First today and they gave me there phone number and confirmed there and operating, there number rang to voice message.

I found 2 more C phone numbers for computers in alfred street and lisbon drive , also registered addresses for Computers, both numbers rang out no reply .

There seems to be a link to hra computers, similar products and web site.

Looks like i will be seeing if i can get money back from cc , although only 24 hours since my order.

Anyone live close to them ? go and have a look?
