Mine would have to be Spag Bol every time.Joined slimming world Feb 2010

I cant remember where i got the recipe from, but i like it because they are really easy to make.
100g dark chocolate
100g butter
55g caster sugar
2 eggs
2 egg yolks
30g plain flour
tsp vanilla extract.
Mix all ingredients together, put into 4 ramikin dishes. Cook for 12 minutes 200C.
If you serve them imediately, they will be runny in the middle, if you leave them 10 minutes, they will be fudgy in the middle!!!!

Main - spag bol with HM garlic bread
Pud - HM Rice pudding with apricots
