I thought I'd ask, as I'm looking for some inspiration.:) What's your signature dish? i.e. the one meal that you could cook with your eyes closed, that always tastes great?

Starter would be either mackrell pate or avocado with orange segments and raspberry coulis.
Main would be roast chicken, roast potatoes, veg and yorkshire puddings.
Dessert is chocolate pots (individual chocolate cakes with the runny middles).
Yummy, feeling hungry now!!!!
Mind you, these are prob the only things i do cook for others!!!0 -

I simply blitz fresh raspberries with my hand blender into a sauce - if using for a dessert, i would add a little caster sugar, but for a starter its nicer being a bit sharp.0 -

Starters - Nachos, home made soup
Main - Mince n totties, carbonara, bolegnese or lasagne.
