Are you using the text button on the TV remote or the cable remote?
I use the good old TV text button on my TV remote

Using the one on the cable remote, can't get teletext on my tv as I don't have a roof aerial always used to rely on sky to get it so not got it anymore.:(

    Shopping Tips
Don't spend five pounds to dry clean a shirt. Donate it to the charity shop instead. They'll clean it and put it on a hanger. Next morning buy it back for two pounds.

PKS they are still showing all sky movies on Virgin. Sky (I think today) have changed the names of the channels thats what might be throwing you.

The message I am getting is like

"due to technical changes made by sky, sky one + movies not available"

Mind you I have analogue only cos it brings my total package cheaper than digital and I cant pick it up on any other channels

They have removed the channels from analogue because the new channels use pin protection to show 15s and 18s during the day which can't be supported on analogue.

  • Well I personally dont watch/ or like Sky News. Its cheap, repetitive news with awful newsreaders! And they are behind with the news, such as the BBC. even ITV news was more proffessional than Sky News!
