The manager is obviously concerned that HER store is not up to scratch and wants the customer input! You can meet with her for coffee and a chat - and if you still are not comfortable decline the offer of a tour of the store!
When you work in a store its often difficult to see from the 'customers point of view'! What works for the staff can often be extremely annoying to the customers. So can product placing etc. (tho that is usually decided by the 'suits'). even small matters can put customers off - and if stores arent told, HOW would they know? an offer like this seldom comes along - I would go in a minute if Asda asked me! (But, I would be more inclined to take them along to my local Aldi and say ' Look, listen and take notes - This is how to run a store).0 -
