I think he aspires to be one. At the moment he's just a community police officer (the plastic bobbies) and they have less power than traffic wardens........:rotfl:

Shows how unintelligent you are and how you misread things if you think I'm Nollag. You must have the intelligence of a gnat

LONDON HOUSE PRICES HAVE RISEN by 2.5% in just January alone.

Other areas haven't fared as well, although the South East rose by 1%.

Is anyone going to try and buy now? I would if I could. The prices are just going up and up............:money:...

so let me get this right... your approach to forecasting is to look at the last couple of years' increases & assume that the same will happen again in the future?

maybe you could get together with my old room cleaner from university days, she used to do the same with the lottery numbers. maybe you could form an investment club or something.
    FACT.

    No.

    Charming.

I think someone's not only got RM weighed up, they've also got him rattled. RM needs more than a little cuddle, it seems.

Confirms what I`ve always thought, he's a rather unpleasant and insecure individual.

There are some posters on this forum that do seem take this approach.

It appears to me that is the reason he is here.

He will, no doubt refute this claim.

I would then wonder why he is here, considering that he repeatedly tells us that he has made the correct decisions. If he is such an economic genius, why visit this forum for information ?

Anyhow, back to the OPs very valuable contribution

It does look like there is a steady stream of evidence of rising house prices, not just in London, but right across the UK.

As highlighted elsewhere in this thread, Rightmove have just posted that the rise in asking prices continues to gain pace:

It's mind boggling that people create alias accounts for the sole purpose of accusing people of having alias accounts.
