O2 all rounder plus free £25 voucher

Well im no further nearer claiming my voucher, i rang o2 again last week and was told someone would be in touch.

got a phone call this evening from 02 the lady said that they were not going to be able to get the £25 vouchers so they will credit my bill with £25,which is far better i think. Hope everyone else gets there call soon.

Thats really interesting spyro, as when I rang O2 today, I got put through to the company who were in charge of sending out the vouchers.

He said that we had never received anything because they didn't have an e-mail address for us (apparently O2 didn't send one across).

He apologised, took my details and promised that the voucher would be with me in 4-5 working days

He also told me that the probable reason I hadn't gotten anywhere up to now was that O2 had probably been bouncing the issue around internally, and that if I wanted to complain, I needed to complain to them (O2)

I'll just see if I get the voucher first!

My £25 was credited to my account today..so fair play to o2 to stick to there word.

We received our voucher in the post this morning, so like you say, O2 do keep their word, and its definitely worth chasing them up, rather than just giving up!
