I am still waiting!!
Firstly I was told I would get an email after 14 days to claim the voucher & when that didn't materialise I chased it up and was told it would be after the 30 days happiness guarantee period.
30 days have passed and still no email !!!
Trouble is that the voucher has to be claimed for by 31st march 2012 so the clock is ticking!!! Why didn't they just knock £25 off your mobile phone bill like they did before with the £50 offer?? Saves all the administration!!!0 -

I changed to the all rounder on the 27 February that would be cutting it fine if the voucher has to be claimed by the end of March my 30 days wont be up until the 28 march. Im going to email them now and see what they say. I will update.0

I chased up my £25 voucher email to be informed that they are behind & the emails (with a claim number) are being sent out late !!!!
Gord knows when they are going to send it and what happens if I don't get it by 31st March 2012 as you have to fill out an online claim form by then.
Do you think they are sending out the emails by hand and that is what is slowing down the process??

A few people on Hotukdeals have been told 14 days when it is 30 days (unless that is wrong)

Update.. this is the reply i got to my email i sent this afternoon.
I'm sorry that you haven't received any notification about the vouchers.
Once your 30 days happiness guarantee period is over, that's on 28 March
you'll then receive an email from us to claim the link. However, if you
don't receive it, you can claim the vouchers by following the link given

My 30 days happiness was up yesterday, i still havent got an email from them so i referred back to the original mail i sent them and followed the link to claim my voucher then im asked for Simply begin by entering your unique claim code, handset IMEI, and your O2 mobile phone number below. The unique claim code is what im waiting on them to mail to me, so it was pointless them giving me a link to follow. Reading around i get the feeling o2 dont really like to honour the offers they make. Im going to email them now to ask for my unique voucher code after all time is running out.0 -
i called o2 and got my unique code but when i went to fill out my claim form it had space for 12 digits and the code has 14...also it asks for your broadband order number and i cant find this number anywhere so im no further on. anyone else had any luck.0

Hi, just thought I'd bump this up to see if anyone has actually had their voucher yet
We rang up 2 weeks ago and were told someone would ring us the following week, but that we'd definitely get our voucher within a couple of weeks, but have still heard nothing!!
We didn't know there was an expiry date on the voucher.
Anyone know anything, we're going to ring again tomorrow!0
