    Morning all

Seems lots of us are struggling to actually fly this week.

Managed a 15 minute upstairs. 15 minutes now to wash up and get Washing on the line and then off shopping.

  • Well, managed to do the majority of the list all week. So thank you once again as my house is now looking a lot better, even able to receive visitors. Just going to walk the dogs now and then go for a cycle ride, as the sun is shining!

    Afternoon all

I've vacuumed through downstairs and S&Sd the kitchen. Two loads of washing and out on the line finally, it's still a bit dull but no fog today and definitely not as damp as the last few days. Hope it dries.

Glad you've got a dog to take care of LW :)

I wonder if it's best to get yet another cheap hoover that dies after a couple month or to actually break the budget and get a decent one...

Sick of never having a decent working hoover!

I made that decision a few years ago. The decent one is still going strong 5 years on, despite having to clear up after DIY on a regular basis. So in the end it has cost me less.

Duvets taken to the cleaners' yesterday, charity shop drop done.

Fit note, ISA paperwork, mother's day card and book parcel posted this morning.

ENT consultant seen (he put a telescope down my NOSE to get to my vocal cords. YUK _pale_ and I have a granuloma (inflamation really, but prolonged through irritation). So nothing they can do at the moment, more resting my voice, and lots of other instructions like not coughing, not clearing my throat, and not raising my voice...). But I can carry on doing presentations as long as I have a decent microphone.
