    Priceless! I mean, darling, who doesn't keep a stick or two of bottarga in their fridge?

    Oops- forgotten what bottarga is already. Must go back and have another look.

    Might be able to find some botulism if I take a swab to that awkward drainy bit at the back.

    Get down to the deli/ market/ erm, eh,wherever you buy your caviar from should do it, and get your store cupboard stocked properly.
