For your information I am not and never will be anything to do with Hetas or any other official regulatory body, I am an independant sweep I offer completely independant free advice to anyone that asks, and if it saves a life or two then ive done my job.

We have a cast iron combination and it weighs a tonne. We had our done professionally and it took 2 people to move it, it is not a very big one either. If you do fit it yourself make sure you are still covered by your house insurance in case of accidents.

I lifted mine myself to install, it was heavy so two would be easier, but it is possible with 1 as long as your reasonable strong/healthy!
