The £125.00 was a joining incentive for customers who joined through the moneysupermarket link at the time.
The standard joining incentive is £100 as long as you meet the criteria, also you do NOT need to pay £1500 a month into the account to be able to open an account with first direct, this is only to qualify for the joining incentive and to be exempt from the banking fee (£10) if you have no other qualifying products.0
