Thanks NG. Yes, Olio has been particularly good this month with the availability of fresh stuff due to the over ordering at Christmas and New Year. It does require effort to go and collect late at night though as that’s when the veg tends to be available.Mortgage free 16/06/2023! £132,500 cleared in 11 years, 3 months and 7 days

Morning all,
More work from European client has arrived, so feeling much better. Am off out this afternoon though - lunch with mum and then helping FIL get rid of a whole load of bits on Freegle. We're having dinner at the in-laws tonight too, although I'm taking part of the meal with me (a large spinach and feta swirl thing that I bought for Boxing Day - it'll be good to get it out of the way in the freezer - it's from Costco and huge!).
Visited new cat sitting client yesterday evening - all went well so I'm expecting to be booked for the first two weeks of April.
We booked a hotel for a night a week on Saturday - DH has bought a mini part from someone in Bath (cheaper than he's seen it elsewhere), so we're making a trip of it and stopping in Salisbury overnight. Have never been to either place, so will be a nice change of scene! £38.50 for the Premier Inn and free charging over the road at the Tesco. Looking forward to using my NT membership for the first time in ages! Intend to keep food costs down - will pack some bits and check the balance on our *bucks account.
MS things:
* 1P surveys - at £24 now
* Clicks done
* Pay your bills entered
Gratitudes:
* Family time today
* Work (soooo grateful for this!)
* Lovely catten to cat sit for - she's 1.5 years so still plenty of kitten behaviours!

Morning all,
Woken up this morning full of cold (it is cold, I've lft'd yesterday and this morning). I haven't had a cold since the beginning of the pandemic and I'd forgotten how miserable they make me! (Woe is me...). Just hoping I feel a *lot* better by tomorrow evening as it's the loooong awaited hen do for BIL's fiancee - I can't miss it after all this time!
Had a very satisfying afternoon/evening freecycling lots of things from in-laws garage. It's amazing how easy it is to please people - they are so impressed that people want their 'junk' (very little of it was what I'd consider junk!). Also saw friend for a cuppa and to deliver her daughter's card, which was nice.
Work to do today, although I'd rather curl up in bed (didn't sleep well at all). And I need to post a survey item. DH has gone into London for a work meeting and is likely to be out for dinner with them too, so I'll find something easy from the freezer for my dinner (or have porridge).
MS things:
* 1P at £24.75
* Clicks done and small win on HW
* Today should be a NSD
Gratitudes:
* Seeing friend and baby
* The appreciation from in-laws for clearing their junk
* Dinner with in-laws
* Satisfaction of rehoming stuff!Freecyclers in their town seem much more polite than they are here too!

Morning all,
Thanks for your good wishes Karma, Jessy and NG. Friday was fortunately the only day I was really feeling rubbish - and I'd recovered pretty well by the time of the hen do on Saturday evening (was glad I wasn't joining in the daytime activities though). I had an excellent night out on Saturday - we were meant to be cocktail making before the meal, but that had been covid-cancelled (and no one had told us), so they gave us their bottomless cocktails menu to enjoy with our meal and then gave us quite a bit off the bill too (don't know whether we'll see this or it'll go towards drinks at the later hen do meal - although I'll definitely lose out if so as I'm driving to that). In any case, we all had plenty to drink and no money was required other than what we'd paid back last summer when it was originally booked!
DH and I spent yesterday afternoon doing more clearing of the in-laws garage - progress is visible at least now, but there's still some way to go. Popped in to see our friends for a quick drink too, which was nice. We stayed for dinner at the in-laws, so I've not had any cooking to do since Thursday (we ended up with takeaway pizza on Friday as I was not fit to cook).
This morning I'm catching up on the work I didn't get done on Friday (my clients were all very understanding and have extended the deadlines). I do have to have a clear head for my work, and that definitely wasn't the case on Friday. This afternoon I'm meeting my ex-Brownie-leader friends for a walk and a cuppa.
MS things:
* S&S transmitted
* Clicks done
* PA surveys done
* NV surveys done
* Visiting another potential cat client tomorrow evening - it will overlap with the other new client, so it'll be interesting to see how I feel once I've done this (not until April)
* NSD weekend, despite hen do (I should offer FIL some money for petrol, mind you - I know what he'll say though)
* Washing is drying on the line
Gratitudes:
* Such a fun night out!
* Lovely dinner yesterday courtesy of MIL (cod wrapped in smoked salmon in a white wine sauce)
* Sunshine today
