Thanks Karma, headache is still lurking, but I did get out for a peaceful walk earlier, which helped.
The naan recipe is this one here (I have Dan Lepard's book, but this seems to be the only available version online): http://366recipechallenge.planetsquirrel.co.uk/2011/12/frying-pan-naan-bread.html . The lemon biscuits were from the ancient and venerableDairy Book of Home Cookery, photo below. For lemon/orange or basically any other flavour, add flavourings with the sugar and omit the vanilla. Zest of one lemon/orange is enough to give the flavour.

Those are brilliant, madvix, thank you! Simple recipes that have a good proportion of flour in them (I have a lot of flour!) I really appreciate that.

Morning all,
Feeling much better today, after a good night's sleep and at last the headache has gone. Only a tiny bit of work in overnight (SEISS grant is looking appealing), so I've got that out of the way already. I've written a ta-da list for today - I've read that writing it as if it is done already makes you more motivated to achieve (I think this may apply more to longer terms goals, e.g. 'I'm a published author', but we'll see if it works on the small stuff first!).
I made a mind map last night of all our many options with regard to moving, work, etc. I'm not sure what this achieved, but it did get it out of my head!
MS things:
* Trigger bet placed
* Clicks done
* Work done
* Daal and sag aloo for dinner last night, making good use of R'ford veg. Leftover daal and naan for lunches today, will freeze the sag aloo
Gratitudes:
* Headache has gone!
* Sunshine again
* DH's support yesterday when I was feeling quite rubbish
Have a good day all!

Morning all,
Enjoy the biccies NG - I find the recipe makes quite a few and they're light and tasty.
Have found a property we (I) absolutely love the look of and are going for a viewing on Saturday. It's the first time I've seen something that has almost ticked every box and doesn't leave me with concerns.... but .... it is only two bed. I don't think this would be a huge issue - it has a lovely insulated garden room that I could work in, and the neighbours have gone into the loft, should we really need to expand. It has a lovely garden, with room for chickens, a greenhouse, two garages, a large-ish kitchen (probably not much larger, but also internal utility room), is on a quiet lane that goes nowhere, has an apparently really good pub 100 yds down the road and has a patch of land attached out the front with woodland and a duck pond! Village facilities within walking distance, not much further from DH's work/families and it's a cottage. It's also not top-end of budget and wouldn't need anything doing to it. (Unlike another we were looking at yesterday, which was top budget and would need a lot of work.)
DH found it and I was straight on the phone to the agent and then straight out to cut the grass - we need to get agents round for valuations (regardless of whether this is *the* property or not). Two bits I posted on Freegle yesterday have takers coming today. We really need to get to the dump, but the queues are utterly ridiculous at the moment - 3 hours yesterday (estimates given on dump website) and 2.5 hrs at the moment. Utterly disgraceful though it is, I can see why people are flytipping. We may have to put stuff in our black bin that we would normally sort more diligently. Have a couple of tweak-y bits that need doing to the house (DH's department) and general tidying/cleaning.
In the meantime, I have some work (not a lot) this morning, am baking a loaf for lunch and will go to see Mum later, who is expecting visit from Aunt and Cousin, who it will be lovely to see in the flesh!

OMG,that sounds amazing, madvix, I'm so glad you've booked and are sweeping through your own place again. Truly wonderful!About the tip - my brother told me that the queues are 3 hours round him too, and he had *lots* of cardboard he needed to take for his son. So he went there at 6.30am (**faints**) and there were only two people ahead of him. I know it sounds mad, but it meant the wait was "only" 1.5 hours. Good luck!2023: the year I get to buy a car4

I'm astounded by the waiting times for the tip, we were in and out of ours last week within 10 minutes. Another reason to add to the list of being grateful for where we live.Mortgage Free November 2018

Ours doesn’t open till 10, so that would be a long wait! It’s something to consider though. Would have to take the electric - sitting there in my car would be very unenvironmentally friendly!Mortgage free 16/06/2023! £132,500 cleared in 11 years, 3 months and 7 days
