So you are saying the cat was the driver of the PC at the time this charge was issued?

Under Civil Procedure Rules 35.3 and 37.24 you are required to supply the name and full address of this cat, failing which we will make an application to the County Court for an order that you comply with our demand.

  • So if you reply to this, I will take a photo of the screen, and therefore I will have photographic proof of you having entered into a contract with me.

If you don't pay me within 7 days, I will increase that amount to £100 and then take you to court.

    Do you think I'd win?

Of course I wouldn't as it's total nonsense. It's exactly the same with private parking tickets, though for some reason they are more believable. But it's the same crock of nonsense

    DON'T PAY THEM!

    SPREAD THE WORD!

But Im really worried, are you sure you wont blacklist my house?

What I'll do is open another thread asking what to do about your post and everyone can tell me to ignore you,but I'll panic a lot, then I'll write to you telling you I think its really unfair. You can then send me a letter saying you're going to take me to court,so I'll panic again, post up another thread saying Im panicking over your letter about taking me to court, everyone will tell me to ignore, but I'll need reassurance from at least 10 posters telling me to ignore it,so I'll ignore it again, then you'll send me a letter saying "final warning-do not ignore".So I'll then start another new thread saying "what do I do about this final warning letter"do I ignore it? and everyone will tell me to ignore it,but I'll worry about ignoring it........

So if you reply to this, I will take a photo of the screen, and therefore I will have photographic proof of you having entered into a contract with me.

By replying you have entered the contract, therefore the fine was lawfully given. Pay up, or I shall threaten you with court in red writing.
One important thing to remember is that when you get to the end of this sentence, you'll realise it's just my sig.

Barrackroom lawyer, huh? The fine is increased to £100. Because £50 just ain't enough, and our pre-estimate of losses proved to be inadequate.

I am not the person posting under this username, I've lent the username to one of my fifteen children today, and not only can I not remember which one, I am not at liberty to disclose their name anyway. They are all named posters under my Forum Posting Insurance Cover.

Clearly you need them, not me.

  • Im not really but am clearly posting in this thread to laugh at everything said.
After carefully reading other threads i have come to the conclusion that i will not sign or agree to anything and im actually unable to read so i didnt know what the thread was about when i entered into it.
You may say that because i said that im laughing to what was said clearly means that i can read.. i assure you i cant.. im just laughing at you : v
