As you can see, I have irrefutable proof in the form of the above clear photograph that you have accepted the terms of the contract and should you not co-operate, I shall be contacting your ISPs and the internet billpayer will be liable for the charges laid above. It does not matter if the billpayer was the one who agreed to enter the contract, but that is the only person I can find, so that will do.
Dear Sirs,
I am writing to you regarding the fine you have imposed on me for reading this thread.
I admit that I did read the title before I opened the thread however it was not my intention to go any further but my dog accidently stretched her legs out as she was laid next to me and she touched the screen of my iPad causing me to enter your thread.
I would like to appeal to your common sense of decency and in addition to the above mitigating circumstances I would also like to add that my mother was a coal miner and my father was a dress maker and this has given me great psychological problems over the years indeed I now have a green badge, this is similar to the blue badge but fashioned in a cunning shade of green.I have no money or posessions to speak of as such and live in a shoe box in't middle of't road.
Please consider my appeal and mitigation.
Yours faithfully

Thank you for your post. I have read and considered all the points you made.
However, the fact remains that the charge was legitimately levied and as such your appeal is denied. As a gesture of goodwill, you have a further 7 days to pay the reduced amount of £50
Yours,
PeterOne important thing to remember is that when you get to the end of this sentence, you'll realise it's just my sig.0 -
