So if you reply to this, I will take a photo of the screen, and therefore I will have photographic proof of you having entered into a contract with me.
If you don't pay me within 7 days, I will increase that amount to £100 and then take you to court.
Do you think I'd win?
Of course I wouldn't as it's total nonsense. It's exactly the same with private parking tickets, though for some reason they are more believable. But it's the same crock of nonsense
DON'T PAY THEM!
SPREAD THE WORD!

One important thing to remember is that when you get to the end of this sentence, you'll realise it's just my sig.

My cheque is in the post, I've left the amount parts blank so you can add on all the various "late" payment charges0

Sorry, excuse rejected. By parking yourself on this thread you accepted the contractual terms.
Please remit all payments to Halibut Parking plc.

Will you send a bailiff round to seize my telly if I don't pay?0

As you can see, I have irrefutable proof in the form of the above clear photograph that you have accepted the terms of the contract and should you not co-operate, I shall be contacting your ISPs and the internet billpayer will be liable for the charges laid above. It does not matter if the billpayer was the one who agreed to enter the contract, but that is the only person I can find, so that will do.One important thing to remember is that when you get to the end of this sentence, you'll realise it's just my sig.0 -
Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?0 -
