Like it.
If you've got the expertise to run rings round these people, then why not? No doubt he'll receive the usual "your appeal has failed" letter, and completely fail to answer any of the questions posed.0 -
good on ya sir, i couldnt have written a better letter myself,,pity not included in the c.c.one saddo named,,,perky.0

I like the way he's picked up the VAT aspect of PPC parking "tickets".What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0
-
I like the way he brings the Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations into it as well.
Of course he will receive the standard "appeal rejected" letter as the monkey who opens it won't understand a word.
Good luck to him.0 -
That was the best read I have read in some time....A PPC is not just for Christmas...with a few CCJ threats you should have enough toilet paper to last well into the new year.....0
-
That should become a template letter !!!! Imagine if we all sent something similar each time we got an invoice from these scammers :rotfl:All aboard the Gus Bus !0

Brilliant letter from someone who is obviously very qualified in the legal field. Be following this very carefullyExcel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?0 -
