Let himself down with a silly spelling mistake though-
4. Time for the appeal. Your parking charge notice says: ‘Appeals/challenges received after 7 (seven) days will not be upheld or considered unless in extreme circumkstances, and at the Company’s discretion.’ Please tell me how you say this complies with the Practice Direction on Pre-Action Conduct (above)?
Otherwise brilliant.0 -
Excellent reading...A PPC is not just for Christmas...with a few CCJ threats you should have enough toilet paper to last well into the new year.....0

Just a typo. Seeing as M and K touch each other (FNAAR!) on the keyboard, it's easy to press them both if typing a bit quickly.0 -

Fun, but the guy needs to live in the real world like we do.
He will get back a template letter from the scammers saying,
"we have taken careful note of your appeal but would confirm that the charge has been correctly applied."
Nice try, Tim.
Next time just ignore the d*ckheads like the rest of us.0 -
Yes, but it would be interesting to see if it gets to the stage where he gets a solicitor's letter.
He probably could destroy their arguments about court action then what would they do?0 -
Write to him again threatening him with bailiffs. The "solicitors letter" doesn't actually come from a solicitor, it is different headed paper used by the "debt collector".
And as the old saying goes, you cannot win an argument with a fool.
Visit the parking forum and learn what happens in the REAL world....
All that will happen is that Mr. Barrister writes a lot of letters he would have charged us £250 each for, only to end up in the same position as if he'd simply ignored the idiots...
but it's a good laugh just the same.0
