Like i said in an earlier post on here id enquired about a job that was advertised on job centre plus and im glad i wasnt offered a position going by the posts on here, i have noticed alot of jobs advertised for PC callout in the search radius i choose on job centre site
  • Kalasno, when did you work for them?
  • I cottoned to the dodgy PO box when I was in the post office sending off my documents to them. When the Post office worker typed the address into their system, it came up with the name of a company, and it was along the lines of this:

    http://www.completeformations.co.uk/company-shop/regent-street.html

Which is why the stuff sent there is signed for and then forwarded on to spain. Various members of staff from PC Call Out also admited to me a few times they were based in spain.

I didn't work for this company directly but did work for one that sounds identical. They strongly encouraged making callouts as long as possible and the customers were generally honest hardworking people who were totally clueless about computers. The addresses they put on everything was for their solicitors. It stunk.

We charged £30 per 30mins! No fix fee was £30, why would anyone ever pay that!! No-one ever refused.

I became quite ruthless by the end of it, I didn't like who I had become! Thank goodness I work for a good hearted, charitable financial institution now
  • Well if that is their solicitors I know the address already, and they'll be receiving a letter from mine next week.
  • That is NOT the address of their solicitors. If you look at the link I posted above, you will see that it just that of a company that allow you to "buy" a regent street, london address. All post sent there will be forwarded on to their address in spain.
  • Incidentally, despite PC Call Out stating that it will need two references and a credit check, I was taken on without ANY checks whatsoever.
