How distressing for you GM...hope you get it sorted asap...can your son's Travel Insurance help? This is just the situation they are supposed to be there for.

Not sure about the insurance - when I asked my son he seemed a bit vague so not sure what he is actually covered for and of course he left the actual policy at home so will have to sort it out later!

looking like the best way to get the 10p petrol mocs at mr T could be the cereal deal. spend £6 on cereal to get voucher but loads of the cereals can be used for jtd against asda, or curiously cin £2 in mr T £1.50b in sains and 50p off moc so 3 boxes is £3 to spend after mocs and jtd to et your 10p

    hth

Can anyone help please - I was looking at buying the Tetley but if I buy 2 packets does that mean I would get 2 x10p vouchers or would I have to do separate transactions to get the vouchers?

Hi Genmod, 2 packets of Tetley is one 10p fuel coupon, 4 packets, 2 coupons etc.
Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

Thanks for the details chattmum. I do not trust the price promise so am avoiding buying anything to possibly get one back. I'm going to be buying some tetley as that is all we drink (apart from the blue stuff of course;)) and will try and combine the tea bags with some coupons my pal sent me and cond spends, think that is the best way to go.

Many thanks Quoia and CW for all your advice, also to CL and BS for your concern. I have emailed the info to my son and on the strength of that he has been back to the hospital today and got a letter and also an injection in readiness to fly tomorrow. I had already contacted the airline who are arranging for wheelchair help at each end.

Not sure if it's due to the recession but the hospital and pharmacies are all unable to supply crutches! Having said that, apparently my son came out of the apartment block where he is staying and was obviously having great trouble moving around, when a Spanish man came out of his house and gave my son a pair of crutches - how kind was that, he didn't even speak any English! Obviously my son will return them before he leaves tomorrow. Will be picking him up at the airport tomorrow evening so will no doubt get the full story then. I will just be so glad that he is home.

I hope your son gets home safely. It is bad enough being ill without being on your own abroad. I think your son should have got free/reduced medical if he had his European medical card, so hopefully not too much in costs. I know I had to pay for xrays even with my card which were not expensive, but that was in Portugal.
Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

Will PM you CM re info for comps when I get myself sorted....got to shop now for wifi mouse for this and prob have to get a wifi printer too as there are no usb posts, the connection things are for Apple stuff.....right back to familiarising myself with all the techie stuff on it and then more Olympics....2 golds today rowing and cycling ....come on GB.

I cannot believe that Bully is soooooo techhie now:D You should be able to print from the one printer with all your new stuff if your using wi fi. Hopefully ft will be around and will explain.

Blue you need to check abt the 10p petrol coupons as thought I read somewhere you can only claim one type per shop ie one for teabags and one for cereal together but can't get 2 coupons for tea bags hope that making sense, but possibly read it wrong.
