    Looks like the media is catching up to real life to me.

    Can only hide it for so long.

    Check list.

    House worth double what I paid?.........Yes

    Mortgage rate low low?......................Yes


    Low rates will be staying until the end of my mortgage.

    I dont know why the crashers are championing that Lilico twit.

    He wouldn't even speak to normal people and couldn't give a monkeys if you are priced out. He's worried about his savings period.

    The UK population loves houses. The burning desire is to own a home. People are ashamed of renting.

    All the time that way of thinking stays house prices will rise.

    I doubt 20 people on here or HPC will be able to change that.

    Its got to the stage where he cant afford the repayments on his real fake wife, so he now just invents them.
