With no sim card in the phone enter this code without spaces

#pw+232 785 557 037 506+7#

To get the + sign you press the * key twice
To get the p sign you press the * key 3 times
To get the w sign you press the * key 4 times
When you enter the final digit of the code it should say phone restriction off and the phone will be unlocked to all networks.

if that code doesnt work then it will be this one

#pw+232 445 557 037 506+7#

hi there jm tried both codes without sim neither worked. i put the codes in without spaces as you said, dont know what happened just came up insert sim?

Did you enter the code quite quickly ? If the code is wrong it will say code error on the display, just try the first code again and watch the screen after you put the final # digit of the code in.

do it with a different sim (other than o2) - make sure you are putting the # in as well

no use a differnet sim than O2, some phones you have to have the sim card in and some you have the sim card out, dont worry hun we will get you there in the end.
