They can be unlocked but not for free like some of the nokias on here which you use a code for, it would be best to take the phone to your local pro unlocker who will hcarge around £5-£10 to unlock it with cables and hardware

Not for nothing there isnt. Minimum remote code unlock ive seen for motorola is £5
