A shop can unlock it, have you tried another network sim card ??

I tried it on Vodafone and O2 sim card.

What I did was :
I put O2( or Vodafone) sim in it, switched the phone on and "Phone restricted" msg come out on the screen. When I press OK button there is "enter restriction code" msg come out And I entered the code u gave me. And pressed OK button. Then the "Code Error" msg came out on the screen. Sometimes phone asked me enter another code. Sometimes phone said "Cannot undo restriction" and "phone restricted". In this case I have to switch it off. No button allowed.

I dnt know what can I do it?

cannot undo restriction means all the code tries have been used, you should get 5 tries, you only tried 3 codes

and you should not have had a sim card in the phone

Do you mean I have 2 more attempts to try? Any more code I can try?

This phone has flight mode. So without sim card the phone still work such as camera, mp3 player etc...

Any chance to get unlocked by code?
