thanks for this, was looking at getting a new one/spare. Got a mooncup currently but for that price will try the femmecup:T

Hope you don't mind but I posted about this offer on the most recent mooncup thread over on the marriage/health board for those who don't look at the grabbit board as often.

  • Excellent. I've used a mooncup previously but needed to buy a new one so this offer has come just in time.

Ive been looking at Melunas today. I have a mooncup and nothing to compare it to, but im completely converted and will NEVER go back. Ordered a femmecup today to compare as they are so cheap today and ive never seen them half price before. Would you recommend the meluna? I got a bit fazed with all the different options with meluna. I know through research different people respond differently to different brand. Some issues, leaking, UTI's, discomfort etc can completely disappear with a different style/brand. Its worth persevearing.

I'd definitely recommend the meluna, it's probably very similar to the femmecup : ) This blog really helped me when I was researching comparisons, she's got some good youtube video's too. Lol, yeah i know what you mean about the different options meluna has, like what kind of stem you want?! I had no idea, i went for a ring stem, you can always chop it off if it's uncomfortable. Good luck!

Thanks! I wasnt sure where to post it, but though since it was 1 day only, a Grabbit was more appropriate and would reach more people. Wasnt aware there was a mooncup thread! Will be sure to check it out ;)

I have a MeLuna - I didn't get on with the Moocup as it was too long for me. I love my MeLuna though!

I was tempted with a half price Femmecup but think it's the same length as a Mooncup so there's no point.

  • I've chickened out - was just about to complete my purchase when I decided to check Amazon reviews. Saw the one where lady spent 4 hours in A&E getting it removed.

I really don't know how that can happen. There's nowhere for it to go....!? Just like tampons can't get lost anywhere..
