    He still is not a tenant though which is the point I made. With regards to how long he is staying in the house at this point is is the OP's word against her houemates, she (the OP) herself admits she is hardly ever home due to work / social commitments so how does she know hoperson staying fulkl w uch he is really there anyway?

    I believe the OP with regrads to the BF btw. I am simply saying, this is one persons word against anothers (which we are not seeing one side) and a person staying full time for a couple of weeks does not qualify them as a tenant.
