look on the milkround webpages - they are generally very up-to-date and if you register with them then they also send you reminders of closing dates and new posts opening up.0

what subject degree do you have and where from?
I guess a lot of employers will question why 2.2, particularly as i remember it wasn't a huge amount of work to get a 2.1 (BSc (Hons) Computer Science) and a lot of those involved in recruiting will know that.
Despite what people say, there are degrees and there are degrees.0 -

Blimey I wish my course didn't require much work to get a 2:1. We have had a very intense assignment schedule and are really challenged. However, I have heard other Unis offering the same course are 'easier'.0

Now might be a good time to look at starting your own business, as there are grants / loans available for people who are currently out of work and are looking to start up on their own - the prince's trust might be a good first place to look for funding:

Hi I have just got a 2.2 in Applied Biology. I need advice on what jobs I can get and whether there are any graduate schemes that would take me.
Thanks0 -
Tesco are always looking for grads in logistics. I was offered a job at Livingston after a lengthy interview process. They seemed desperate to get a woman into that field!MFW 2019 #61: £13,936.60/£20,0000

Some interesting comments.
Those 2:2 Graduates who want a "Graduate Scheme Job" but are not bothered which company it is with ?
It is almost as though you have bought into "a degree will bring you untold riches" and now believe that "a graduate scheme will bring you untold riches".
Why did you do your degree, what inspired you to pick your subject / Uni etc ?
Surely you must have an interest somewhere ?
Any recruiter will want to see that you are passionate (or at least interested) in their company and the market in which they operate.0 -
From the managers I've worked with I can only say that most of the people who have found these forums would do well at Royal Mail compared to some currently in the system!

...a job for now. Will Royal Mail still be around when you retire though?0
