Oh dear it didn't work for me at 5:00am, it says There is no balance left on this redemption code. I thought that it was from the 7th, then why were persons getting it from the 6th? Anyway I am now committed to pay for something I really only wanted with the discount!0
-
this is not fair, ebay should warn members on the fb page that the voucher is no longer valid, how many users will have purchased things expecting a discount? sounds like fraud to me.The early bird might get the worm, but the second mouse gets the cheese.0

Martin puttin it in the MSE email doesn't help!
Millions of people read it and TONS of people are going to be VERY DISAPPOINTED this morning ESPECIALLY if there is no way of knowing the code doesn't work anymore till AFTER you make your ''purchase''
Either there are going to be some VERY angry people on MSE OR there are going to be some VERY angry Ebay sellers who don't get paid for their item!!!
( If the code was only meant to start working at midnight it would have been all used up by early hours of the morning anyway , the MSE emails go out @ about midnight onwards BUT most people don't read it till the MORNING - Now its done! ) x0 -

If you only add things to your basket rather than fully check out, you get the message before any payment - you can then just delete them from your basket.
Don't really understand how this was available before midnight though...My debt free diary | Post Office loan: £2131 1429.38 | Barclaycard: £4429 1988.12 | Paypal Credit £322.71 574.91 | Monzo Flex £169.03 |
Total £4151.44 | £2900.30 of £7051.74 paid off since diary started October 2024.0 -

As the OP probably isn't around at the moment to do this, how about we all hit the big EXPIRED button top left?0 -
money saving? crap, this has just cost me a fiver. offer is dead. didnt see this thread till after.0

Neither did I, it really is very annoying as I just spent money on something that was a bargain for 2 pounds but not really for 7
Wish I hadn't opened my emails before work now!

Same here, bought something which was only a bargain at £5 off.
EBay rip-off. Voucher was only supposed to be available from this morning - how come it was sold out yesterday?
Sorry I opened my email this morning.0
