I don't agree with using the code multiple times but funny thing is a girl on Facebook grassed up her FRIENDS by sayin on the Ebay page ''My friends have used the code numerous times , can I use it more than once?''
To which Ebay replied ''Only once I'm afraid''
Who needs a 'friend' like that? :rotfl:
Anyway , I wouldn't advise any of my friends to use the code more than once & I DID share it on my Facebook for everyone but stated ''ONE use per person'' which is fair enough!!0 -
How is it fraud? If you open a paypal account using all your own info, thats not fraud. The rules state 1 voucher per paypal account. Im not advocating people commit fraud
Ebay have said ONCE PER PERSON!!!:D
The code was NOT issued to be used multiple times!!
Its simple really! LOL0 -

The OTHER deals site - where people are not quite so friendly as here and proof (by way of a receipt) is required if someone finds a good deal.
Google it (HUKD - as not sure if we're allowed to link to it on here) and you'll find it - well worth keeping a eye on here and there as some deals aren't always on both immediately. Hope that helps.0 -
Ebay have said ONCE PER PERSON!!!
:D
From what I can see in the rules (http://pages.ebay.co.uk/vouchers/FB/?clk_rvr_id=321349984783), it says "One voucher per PayPal account only." Nothing about per individual. but, you know, whatever.0 -
I've checked & double checked the terms of the offer:
"One voucher per PayPal account only. The voucher is valid from 07/03/2012 and will expire when 50,000 vouchers have been redeemed or on 08/03/2012 GMT, whichever is earlier,(the "end date") unless cancelled earlier in accordance with these Terms and Conditions." It's per PAYPAL ACCOUNT - not person in the voucher terms.
I then went on to check Paypal account terms:
"Can I have multiple PayPal accounts?
Yes. You can have one Personal account and one Premier or Business account. You can add more email addresses, debit or credit cards, and bank accounts to your account, but each account must have its own email address and financial information. You can also upgrade your Personal account to a Premier or Business account."
I term this to mean that if you fully set up (which includes entering payment information) more than 1 paypal account, you are entitled to take advantage of the voucher on each account. You need to use unique payment methods & email addresses for each account - so that will limit the number of paypal accounts that get set up.
Of course, Ebay reserve the right to change their offer/withdraw it at any point, so they don't have to honour the loophole they left, but I can't see how it is fraud as you're not passing yourself off as anything you aren't and you aren't breaching the rules of the offer. People that have set up multiple accounts will have to wait and see the outcomes.
Hope that I've been able to help with the rules part of this, the ethics are your own!0 -
