What I am most disappointed about in the comments, is not the complaints about the parking parasite, Searchlight, but the apparent acceptance that it IS a fine and you must pay...

Er, no, you just ignore the fine (which isn't a fine).
Or is it possible that commenter was also a member of the BPA? ? ?0 -
Most people only know the yellow sticker on the window as a fine. That's the way it was with Police and Traffic wardens.
