Zero flying today, I'm too poorly.:( I keep coming over dizzy, and nearly fainted when I got up to go to the loo.

Resting til 16:00 then I must make myself vaguely presentable as Sadie will be arriving some time after 16:30. Thankfully, she's a "walkies to be done in the back garden" dog, as she's elderly and dislikes other dogs.:o

    Morning all

    Painfree vibes for you Jue

CY has your DD tried the friendly bacteria capsules? Agree with Greenbee if she is still not right then see what the GP says

Went to bed early as I felt ill and have woken with a bit of a cold. Time for a cuppa and then concentrating on first tidying, then cleaning and decluttering the family room. Must pop to Morrisons and Lidl later too.

i'd love to try her on them Dusty - but she can't swallow tablets!

Can you open them up and mix the contents with food?

Sounds like the perfect companion for you ;) Hope you feel better soon. Be careful getting up and down.

Buy the drinks from the supermarket - in with either milk or yogurt. OH got me actimel and its quite palatable and easy to drink. Need to get some more.

Been to the doctor... everything checked, everything clear (as far as they can see down my throat) so its a question of waiting till I'm off the antibiotics (Friday) and seeing what happens. Clearly the two workshops I'm supposed to be doing next week aren't going to happen. My GP pointed out that a. she could hardly hear me and b. my voice started running out after 5 minutes, so how was I going to manage with a room full of people for 3 hours... need to get hold of OH and come up with a plan, as he may have to do these sessions instead of/as well as me, but I don't want to commit him without talking to him.

Meeting now... not sure how helpful it is to be listening but not able to contribute... still, better join in.

Yes that would be fine just not anything boiling hot (like a cup of tea) as you'd kill them!

Morrisons done, loads of fruit and veg on offer at 50p there, also popped to lidl.

Been to DS3's parents evening, he's doing fine despite the fact that he dislikes school alot.

One pile of stuff still to be sorted in the family room, might do 15 minutes on it after my cuppa.
