A well done to my little lad, he had regressed somewhat with his potty business when daddy was in the hospital and hospice, but we have been getting back into it since new year, and I think he's got the habit well and truly back. He's a little star!

    Happy flying x

    Great news

DS3 still of school with sore throat and cough. Time for a cuppa I think.

I've stripped my bed and bens and got 1 load of washing in. Just off to get dressed and then will hang it out and out load 2 in.

Kitchen is almost sorted, just need to do floors, living room needs dusting and good hoovering and a tiny bit of decluttering, bens room just needs hoovered, spare room needs desk cleared, hoovered, spare spare duvet cover put on duvet and put away in drawer, desk cleared and dusted. Bathroom needs sink cleaning, my room needs bed making, dusting, floor cleaning and ironing put away.

So on that note I'm going to get dressed and make a start.

Off to put oven shelves into bath with soda crystals and clean sink whilst bens sleeping.
  • We're on top of things here. Only need to hoover downstairs again as our kind dog decided to thrash a couple of toys into bits yesterday. She received help from OH (he wasn't chewing them though, just pulling the other end :rotfl:). Oh, and I also have loads of dry clothes to put away.

Have a good Friday and weekend everyone!

Technically, it's the Spare Room on my schedule, as it's Friday; but that's the only room that's not covered in black dog hairs (I keep canine guests out of there, as it's an auxiliary food store; and I put their "suitcases" in there).

So I've hauled the Dyson round as best I can (it's too heavy for me really) and done the kitchen and lounge with it, as they were the worst. After having given Sadie a good brush of course, or the exercise would have been pointless!:D
If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)

    Afternoon all

Just tidied round and vacuumed through downstairs this morning, I've done all the rest through the week. Washing out on the line, it's blowing but it's cloudy and cool (even though the weather people persist in telling me it's mild). I wore my big coat to go out for my walk this morning and I wasn't too hot.

Anyway, got most of the washing in, just about dry, left a couple of things for another hour then it will have to come in before I go to work.

I've hoovered, checked the bank and credit card statements and put the washing on the airer. Better than nothing.
