If the Havas bus takes you to the Otogar in Marmaris then the only dolmus (minibus) you can get from there is a green one, which doesn't go to Icmeler.
That'll take you down to the Marmaris sea-front, and along the 'Hotel-strip'.
You need to get off that dolmus anywhere along the 'hotel-strip' and flag-down an orange dolmus to Icmeler.
And it ain't a couple of minutes either, 11km and 15-20 minutes from the Ataturk statue near Marmaris marina.

So the solution to that is pre-book your transfer, which considering the distance from Dalaman Airport, is the sensible option. If you don't want a private taxi then A2B, Resort Hoppa, Travel Republic, and others all provide a cheap on-line shuttle option.

Couldn't be more wrong! We always catch the train, booked
on-line in advance, from Portsmouth Harbour straight into LGW. If we've got an early morning flight then there's not much point booking a hotel if you have to get up a silly hour, so we get the last train and doss at the airport for a few hours.
