Buy a decent suit and some good shoes and shirt and tie before ALL your money runs out and you will at least be presentable for a interview..and buying a amp while jobless is very very mad..you sound like a dreamer but your not the only one..some day you might join us..
It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.

You have no income to afford this(well you have jsa money), focus on getting a job first.

!!!!!!! What is wrong with you! The OP is unemployed so it was just assumed that they were on JSA. If not, then they are not.

    Get off your high horse.

I think if I could get a loan, then i'd buy the best damn suit I could buy and a pair of church shoes and go to some interviews, but that's just me. Good luck op! have you tried looking on freecycle/gumtree etc?
