    Mikey,

Yes of course i have proof of postage and did the previous time as well.Which of course means after refunded the buyer,i can claim for the loss from the Royal Mail.

What i keep trying to say is................i believe that on both occaisions this buyer recieved my item, kept them and also got refunded by pretending not to recieve the item. And therefore he could be doing it to other sellers.

What i keep trying to ask is,will the Royal Mail investigate his address if he keeps claiming not to recieve parcels.Any postman on here maybe?

what is it to you if RM do or not?
    its a different matter
RM have and will investigate/prosecute addresses that flag up
mind, they are ore interested in getting rid of staff and destroying the service just now

Why.......because i object to someone who i believe is scamming me.Over 100 packages sent without problem yet one buyer twice claimed not to recieve, not in my opinion a coincidence.

Thanks Custardy, you're right it wont help me now.

Its just so annoying when i 'know' i'm being scammed and although i see you're an ex-postman,its his word against the postmans surely.I dont see how it can be proved he recieved the packages when he's in utter denial.

    Just in case what?

Just in case means just in case.

The chances of that buyer needing something i decide to sell is one in a million on Ebay. But if they think i am a soft touch - it gives them a reason to return.

I have just added overseas delivery on a few items, to see if the prices go up. One bought from France. Paid Friday, posted friday - message in French on Wednesday. Google translate says he said it was wrong size for him. I offered a refund on return. Now he says my translation was wrong and it as not arrived and he wants a refund - which he will get.

Of course i am going to block him - JUST IN CASE!!!!!!

Woman form UK. Item posted Monday, message received Thursday - item not arrived - demands refund and abuses me for not posting it. I refund her and suggest she needs to speak to Royal mail about missing post. She asks if i am suggesting she is a liar - as she as never had missing post before - so it must be me. I point out that her 'feedback left for others' shows nearly 20 missing parcels in 3 months - all left a NEGATIVE. No reply from her and thankfully no neg - daft bat didn't realise we could see her feedback left.

Of course i am going to block her - JUST IN CASE!!!!!!

Even for genuine claims - clearly there is a theif in the postal service between me and them (parcels don't just disappear into thin air). So why would i want to post there again?

Of course i am going to block them - JUST IN CASE!!!!

I'm over 40 and i have NEVER had a parcel fail to arrive. Maybe im just very lucky - or maybe Royal Mail are not as bad as it seems - and are just paying the price for widespread postal scamming.

    Techspec,

Thats what i'm getting at as to what the hell Royal Mail do if anything. If that woman you mentioned had 20 parcels not recieved in 3 months............surely the RM would investigate her??

You would certainly think so - but having worked for a big dinosaur myself - they usually find anything like that too much hassle - just as Ebay cannot be bothered tackling them either.

Just like insurance companies put everyones insuarnce up to pay for dodgey car claims - the Royal Mail will just put stamps up to pay for scammers.
