Constantly blocked in

As a non emergency call it does.

Looking at the photo, I assumed the 3 cars on the left were all parked up and some muppet in a Renault comes and blocks 2 of them in.Is the Renault owner a resident?Maybe they are trying to prove a point.

I really don't understand what's so difficult for people to understand, the Renault driver is an inconsiderate idiot. The car is blocking the road. There are lots of road near me only wide enough for cars to be parked on one side, to park on both sides would completely block the road. Surprisingly enough people tend not to do it, however, the Renault driver appears to consider they are more important the the 2 cars it is blocking in. I'll bet they wouldn't park like that if it was a through road.

As stated above, phone the police on a non emergency number and they'll get it removed. We have regularly had people park across the entrance to our works car park, with dropped curb. A quick call gets it resolved, the police will first try to call the offender and if that fails they come and get it towed.

Alternatively, some local councils will deal with such issues. We once lived on a narrow road where an HGV started to park, whilst not completely blocking the road, nothing wider than a Nissan Micra could get passed and certainly not an ambulance or fire engine. A neighbour called the local council and it got towed.
