60 minutes a day in a more productive way challenge:)

Concentrated on Puppy training yesterday, despite it pouring down all day. Seemed to help, puppy went outside very quickly, got her treat and praise then headed straight back indoors for a play!
We did get out for a walk and she also walked beautifully, she's an intelligent wee thing, but we've still got a long way to go. Definitely time well spent.
Had a shock last night, just putting DD to bed, as I was closing the curtains I noticed movement in the garden and there was a bloomin great rat eating the fallen bird seed!! Eeeeeuw! Think it must have been washed out of somewhere by all the rain yesterday. Hubby then saw it when he pulled into the drive in the evening. Yuck! I want to feed the birds, but I certainly don't want to encourage the rats.
Puppy is a terrier so that might deter them once she's grown and has a bit more freedom in the garden, but she's about the same size and the flea-ridden beastie at the moment. :rotfl:
Half day at work for me, sister and niece coming over for the afternoon, and DD being dropped off at lunch by MIL, so all good, maybe I'll give 60 mins a miss for today, unless I can power clean after DDs bedtime."Tomorrow is always fresh, with no mistakes in it." Managed to fill 2 more buckets with the weekends prunings, nearly all cleared. Just before DD wee'd herself in the garden and asked me to call her a good girl the same as the puppy! Oh dear!"Tomorrow is always fresh, with no mistakes in it." (Montgomery, L.M.(1908). Anne of Green Gables.)

Oh dear that did make me giggle! :rotfl:
I have maybe not done my 60 minutes over the past few days due to actually being able to spend time with OH for once!
Today I have the day to myself and am being pretty lazy. I have tried to do my 60 minutes, honest!
I collected together a pile of clothes I needed to mend, and then realised I didn't have the right colour cotton so ended up mending some of the dogs toys instead.
I have also done some laundry, although ran out of washing powder.
Tried to sort out my water bill but the office is closed due to the bank holiday.
I am going to make a banana loaf later to use up some old bananas I have.
Trying to think of a few other bits I can do to add to my list, hmmmm0 -

Not doing too badly. Managed to get the final lot of prunings cleared up at the weekend and spend time with the family.
Last night, I cleared the kitchen, cleaned the dining room, got all the clean washing (except the stuff which needs ironing) away. Filled the dishwasher and washing machine for the overnight wash. Cleared all DDs toys from the Bank Holiday weekend away and finally got to bed myself at half-past-midnight.
Up at 5.20 this morning, puppy out for a pee, dishwasher and washing machine emptied, coffee on for DH, myself and DD washed, dressed, DD out to nursery, puppy taken to vet (suspected UTI!) Almost all before starting work at 9am. Had to run puppy round to vets just after 9.
Bathroom to clean tonight, MIL staying over as DH and I both in London for work tomorrow, leaving at 6am, so MIL in charge of DD and dog. Quick spit and polish throughout house for MIL shrewd inspection before 8pm arrival. Spare bed is already clean and made up (phew!):rotfl:
Parcels to post and errands to run at lunchtime. It think that more than covers 60 mins today  Better do my job too

Wow bobble_hat are you wearing your pants on the outside today?!
I think my 60 minutes today will be made up of doing a bit of exercise later on to burn off some of the easter chocolate.
I also have to find something to do with 12 sausages later on!0
