MMW that was funny :-)
I'm a bit grumpy and fed up today. I want my house back to normal. I dont want to lie in bed knowing that when I get up, i'll have to up-end it again. I dont want to dodge the boxes as I move around the house. I dont want to look at my cleaned 10 days ago carpets knowing that they'll have to be done again this weekend. I dont want to have to put my bed back in place before i go to sleep.
I think more importantly for me, I want some control!
Back to work tomorrow though. I'm actually looking forward to that for some peace and quiet!
I'll stop feeling sorry for myself now and go find something that needs to be cleaned before the guys get here

I have written a letter from the heart regarding the appeal.
DS's headteacher has written a letter of support
Our GP has written a letter of support
I have enclosed the latest letter I received from Children's Services following another incident of domestic abuse by my stbx in front of the children.
I have also enclosed a copy of the CAF that was written to outline everything that has happened so far and how it has affected my DS.
I have copied everything and have just personally handed all the paperwork in at the council offices to the appeals officer. The appeals won't be heard until mid May to the beginning of June, so I've just got to hang on now.
Thanks again. I never cease to be touched by how lovely my MSE friends are. xxlife is like a loo roll. the nearer the end you get, the faster it goes.0 -

I've woken up feeling fed upNot like me, and I know I haven't got any problems really compared to many of you on here who are always upbeat and happy despite them. I can't contribute anything of value to the thread as I never find any of the 1p's or much else to be honest. Anyone else on the Hants/Sy borders get lucky? I'm sure the SAs at the home of the British Army keep it all for themselves - them or lurkers I guess. I did find a box of cheese left at the R0*** S****y last night if that helps anyone. Only bought one myself as still got a bit from the vouchers.
Loving all the photos thoughHappy Day everyone.
Mrs Jagger - Take heart in the fact that you are contributing to the ahppiness/grumpiness average, so maybe this time someone is feeling a little bit happier because you are grumpy (does that even make sense??). Hope your feeling happier soon when someone contributes their grumpiness to the average. What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -

Thanks. xx
It's just an appeal for my DS's secondary school place. He's been allocated a place at a school where none of his friends are going. He won't know anyone at all. I have appealed on social grounds and hope we have a strong case as DS has been through so much including physical and emotional abuse by his father, dealing with everything while my divorce is going through, my mum's illness etc.0 -

Have to say big thank you Jane for this - appeals to my notion of balance in the world. Everyone everyday plays their part, even when we don't know it ......0 -
